Flag a wrong fact

If a published sentence, price, or capability note is wrong, send the page, the wording, and a public source. The form opens your email app and addresses corrections@rfp-software-tools.com. This site does not receive or store the draft. You can also write to that address yourself.

How a correction is handled

1. A person reads the page URL and the wording you quoted, and checks that it is on the page.
2. They open the source you cited and compare it with the published sentence.
3. If the published fact is wrong, they update the vendor record, the page, and the check date. The directory keeps its own wording.
4. If the source does not support the change, the page stays as it is.

A vendor may send official documentation. That does not buy a score change, a higher placement, or publication of supplied marketing copy. The team does not remove another vendor, or a limitation, because a sender asked. Nothing here is purchasing, legal, or security advice.
