RFP software by industry

Bids look different in every industry. A federal proposal lives or dies on its compliance matrix, a bank’s vendor review on its security answers, and an engineering pitch on project history. Pick your industry to see which tools show evidence of fit and how to choose between them.

Frequently asked questions

How are tools matched to an industry?

A tool is listed on an industry page only when its published profile shows evidence: the vendor’s own description of who it serves, named customers in that industry, or a listed compliance claim such as HIPAA. Each listing quotes that evidence.

Why is my industry missing?

We publish an industry page once at least 3 published tools show evidence of fit. Education, energy and utilities, HR and workforce, and medical devices do not meet that bar yet. Horizontal tools that work across industries are listed under the industry-agnostic tag.

Is the first tool on each page the best one?

No. Tools are listed A to Z. Each page explains what is different about bids in that industry and how to choose, so you can rank them against your own workload.

Are these pages paid placements?

No vendor pays to appear or to move up. Read the methodology page for how vendors are researched, scored and corrected.
