Which proposal software is FedRAMP or CMMC compliant?
Short answer
8 response tools list FedRAMP or CMMC posture: GovEagle, Sweetspot, AutogenAI, VisibleThread, Iternal, Kantiv and 2 more. Read the exact label: FedRAMP Ready, FedRAMP equivalent and a FedRAMP authorization are different things, and CMMC levels differ too.

Why this question matters
Federal contractors handling controlled unclassified information need tools that fit their own compliance boundary. Vendors describe that posture with labels that sound alike but mean different things in an audit.
Which one fits your situation
- If you run full capture and proposal work in one tool, start with GovEagle, Sweetspot and GovDash.
- If you need on-premise or private deployment, start with GovEagle, VisibleThread and Iternal.
What to test in a trial
- Check the FedRAMP marketplace listing yourself where a vendor claims an authorization.
- Ask which environment your contract runs in and where CUI is stored.
Caveats
- Labels are quoted as the vendor publishes them. We have not audited them.
- A separate federal environment may lag the commercial product on features.
How we decided who qualifies
Only RFP, DDQ and questionnaire response tools with a published profile are checked. A tool is named here only when its record shows the rule above, either in a sourced research fact or in the reviewed profile, and we publish an answer only when at least three tools qualify. A tool missing from the table may still do this; it has not been documented in a way we could source. Read the research methodology for how facts are dated and corrected.

What is the difference between FedRAMP Ready and FedRAMP authorized?
Ready means an assessor found the system likely to meet requirements. Authorized means an agency or the program granted an authorization to operate.
Does my proposal tool need CMMC?
If it stores CUI in scope for your assessment, its controls matter. Ask your assessor how they treat it.
