Which RFP software supports multiple languages?
Short answer
10 response tools document multilingual drafting or translation: 1up, Vendict, Realm, SiftHub, Loopio, BreezeDocs and 4 more. Test in the languages you actually bid in, with a native reviewer, because a published language count says nothing about quality in your market.

Why this question matters
International bids arrive in the buyer’s language, and the answer library is usually in English. Tools handle this by drafting directly in the target language, by translating approved answers, or by both.
Which one fits your situation
- If you bid in several languages every month, start with 1up, Realm and SiftHub.
- If you need translation tied to an approved library, start with Loopio.
What to test in a trial
- Draft the same five answers in your two main bid languages and have a native speaker score them.
- Check whether translated answers are stored and approved, or regenerated each time.
Caveats
- Language counts are vendor figures.
- Translation is a paid add-on on some tools.
How we decided who qualifies
Only RFP, DDQ and questionnaire response tools with a published profile are checked. A tool is named here only when its record shows the rule above, either in a sourced research fact or in the reviewed profile, and we publish an answer only when at least three tools qualify. A tool missing from the table may still do this; it has not been documented in a way we could source. Read the research methodology for how facts are dated and corrected.
More questions on this topic
Should I store translated answers?
Store approved translations of high-use answers. Regenerating each time risks drift between bids.
Does machine translation work for RFPs?
For a first draft, often. Legal and pricing language still needs a native reviewer.
